How to care for glass

  • Wash with a mild detergent at the beginning of use.

    Avoid using a metal scrubber or cleanser, as they may cause scratches.

  • Use a special cloth when polishing

    We recommend frequent polishing with a precious metal cloth.

  • If the surface becomes dull

    Dilute acidic citric acid or vinegar with 10 times as much water and wipe off the stain gently with a cloth.

  • If white stains are strong

    We recommend using baking soda or oxygen detergent dissolved in a small amount of water.

  • Beware of sudden temperature changes

    Soda glass is non-heat resistant and therefore vulnerable to rapid temperature changes, such as boiling hot water or rapid cooling, so care should be taken. Normally, it can be used like pouring a pot of hot water into a room temperature product.

  • Microwave, microwave oven, and dishwasher safe

    Please refrain from placing the product directly on fire or using an oven or microwave oven. Hand washing is recommended to prevent breakage.
