The included stand allows you to display the plates as decorative pieces. We created this set with the hope that it will bring back fond memories of your visit to Fushimi Inari every time you see it.
Made from Minoware, a type of pottery renowned as a symbol of Japan, these plates are ideal for everyday use. The plate set was crafted in collaboration with Oda Ceramics, a company with over 100 years of pottery-making experience in Gifu Prefecture, the birthplace of Minoware. The deep ultramarine color, which evokes a sense of depth, showcases the masterful skills of their artisans. The decorative technique used ensures the patterns are resistant to wear, even when washed in a dishwasher, offering exceptional durability.
