For overseas shipping, the following shipping fees will be charged accordingly on the destination, weight and size of the package.
A flat rate of 350yen will be charged per package.
Sales quantity
●Sales quantity:Starting from 1 item Since our stock is shared with our physical store, products may be out of stock depending on the timing of an order. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
●Delivery period: The number of days required for delivery will depend on the product and the order date.
Items in stock will be delivered from two days at the shortest to six days after an order transaction is completed.
If you would like to specify the date and time pf delivery, please do so within six business days after the order date. (Varies by region)

Return and exchange
●We conduct all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but if there are any defects in products that have been delivered, please contact us within 7 days of their arrival.
Note that returns may not be accepted if we are not contacted within 7 days.
●If you receive a different item from your order, or if the item is damaged, our company will replace the product and pay any shipping fees required for replacement.
If repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund the payment amount.
A notification indicating details such as the refund date will be provided by e-mail within 7 business days after we have confirmed the returned item.

*Differences regarding the color of images will not be treated as defects under our responsibility.
